This summer seems to be speeding by so fast.  I can’t believe it is already the end of June.  I haven’t been sleeping well for the last month so I have been so tired and my daily to do lists seem to not ever get done.  I think that has a lot to do with it.  I found the cute burlap flags at Michael’s which I was so excited about.  I was looking for some small flags and had resigned myself to just getting the standard cheap plastic ones which I kind of hate, and then I found these.  They are the exact size I was looking for.  It was perfect.  I don’t know why no one can make some nice fabric ones.  I can’t be the only one that wants them.  The other new addition this year is that magnetic U.S. map that my friend Carrie found for $3 at Target.  I fell in love with it as soon as I saw it at her house.  We went to Target to look for one as soon as I saw it, but they didn’t have it.  I checked every time I went over the next few weeks and they never had it, but then Carrie found it for me, getting the last one.  I was so excited.  And then of course I had to use my mini mason jars for some red flowers as well.  🙂
