Thanksgiving Dinner 2018

Happy Thanksgiving! This year was a good one, with my parents moving here earlier in the year and then my little sister flew up to Portland for a wedding last weekend and stayed for this week, plus Vu’s family. I loved the blues and greens and coppers. I found these adorable leaf plates in the bullseye section at Target, I love that spot!

I waited for about 2 years of wanting these copper chargers from Pottery Barn because they were so expensive and I tried to find some somewhere cheaper but never liked any of them as much and then they went on sale so I finally just bought them. I am so happy I did, I love them! I then spend the last 2 months looking for some round plates that were exactly what I wanted and finally found them at IKEA last week.

I got these cute fabric pumpkins from Details2Enjoy and then wrapped some copper tape around some candles and flower filled vases, and of course I had to have some eucalyptus. Plus an assortment of fake greenery stems around the pumpkins. I attempted copper leafing on the name tags but it didn’t stick all that well… 🤷🏼‍♀️ My family came up Wednesday morning and helped me make the food and we ate in the afternoon. Then my family all stayed overnight and we hung out all day today and ended with a couple rounds of Harry Potter Clue, 2 things I love combined in one, it was so fun and a great couple of days!
